Return & Exchange Policy:
We don’t accept any refund or exchange if the merchandise you received is in good condition.

Incorrect/Damaged:
If the merchandise you received was incorrect or damaged please contact our Customer Service’s team immediately, and please take a picture of it to provide it’s incorrect or damaged to our Customer Service’s team, and we may require return of the damaged merchandise, we will cover the return fees if the product was damaged in transit or we sent the incorrect merchandise.

Lost/Stolen:
Any stolen merchandise we considered as lost, and we are not responsible for these situations. Please stay tracking your package either in My Account Page or using the Shipping company’s website.
