I have been using this product for over just over a week, and various CLA products for a couple of months. Combined with a diet and exercise program, CLA is proven to help reduce body fat. I am on a Ketogenic diet, so CLA is a must have. It gives me a few extra grams of fat a day that I need to hit my macro nutrient goals, and the gels are easy to swallow. So far, I have not noticed a difference in my weight loss or performance of this product versus others, but time will tell. Overall, Sports Research products have worked well for me, and I love their MCT Oil in my coffee in the morning. 4/5 because 4.5 isn’t allowed.
